Submit a request to Cindy Tuttle or Maureen Bock at cindyt@gcua.org or maureenb@gcua.org. They will verify that your credit union is a member of the EFT Council and have your username and password set up.

6. What is the cost to attend an EFT Council Meeting?
There is no fee to attend the EFT Council Meeting, however there is a fee for your credit union to belong to the EFT Council.
7. How do I report a change in address, e-mail, phone, fax or content information for my credit union?

8. When will the information on the next EFT Council Meeting be available?
EFT Council Meeting information is typically available 3 weeks to a month ahead of time. CSI will e-mail you registration materials about 3 weeks before the meeting or you can check the website.
10. Who from my credit union can attend the meetings?
Any staff member from EFT Council credit unions can attend a meeting. For example if the meeting focuses on ATM/Debit card marketing, you can bring an operational person from your debit area, the person that oversees the area and a marketing staff member.
11. What is the dress code at your meetings?
Business casual is acceptable attire at the EFT Council Meetings.
12. How are topics for meetings and newsletters selected?
The topics for most EFT council meetings generate from members' ideas. We strongly encourage members to suggest topics and ideas for discussion at the EFT Council Meetings. These meetings are for your staff to learn about topics that are relevant to your day-to-day business.
13. How do I make a suggestion for an EFT Council topic or EFT Connect Newsletter topic?
Simply e-mail your idea to Dawn Colegrove or Maureen Bock at dawnc@gcua.org or maureenb@gcua.org .
14. Where are EFT Council Meetings held?
Typically in the Atlanta area. (Duluth, Atlanta, College Park, Marietta, etc)
